About the role

  • Demand Generation Specialist driving customer acquisition and engagement through multi-channel marketing strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance email marketing and account-based campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • As our Demand Generation Specialist, you will help develop and drive demand generation programs, supporting customer expansion and new customer acquisition efforts.
  • You will be responsible for building, managing, and reporting on multi-channel programs that drive conversions, customer engagement, platform adoption, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and enhance email marketing programs that drive customer expansion, retention, and product adoption.
  • Create customer-centric, data-driven email experiences to improve usability, engagement, and key metrics (MAA, monthly active users (MAU), transactions etc.).
  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop, test, deploy, and report on solution and partner-led email journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into effective lifecycle experiences.
  • Design, manage, and optimize multi-channel account-based marketing campaigns supporting acquisition and expansion (via ZoomInfo Marketing platform, LinkedIn, and other channels).
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance against baseline performance metrics, delivering insights and optimization recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3 years of digital marketing or demand generation experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Experience managing marketing programs for multiple stakeholders and collaborating effectively across cross functional teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred), including email automation, journey building, and reporting.
  • Demonstrate success in running account-based marketing programs via paid advertising and email marketing.
  • Ability to identify customer and intent signals and translate them into actionable, data-driven marketing activities.
  • Strong understanding of paid media and email marketing metrics and how to apply them to optimize performance.
  • Experience with product or behavioral analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude) and experimentation frameworks preferred.
  • Experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, PBI, etc.) and a track record of making data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
