Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other key platforms
Monitor and analyse campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement
Track and report on KPIs such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and SA360
Partner with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align paid search efforts with broader marketing and business goals
Stay current with paid search trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and relevant regulations
Requirements
Experience managing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
Knowledge of keyword planning, audience targeting and campaign management
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and SA360
A track record of managing budgets effectively and meeting campaign goals
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with clients or partners
A proactive approach to learning and staying informed about changes in the digital advertising landscape
An understanding of relevant industry regulations and advertising standards (e.g., PAGB) is beneficial but not essential
