About the role

  • Creators Campaign Manager executing influencer marketing campaigns for major brands in the youth digital space. Seeking experience in influencer activations and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and curate lists of influencers who align with various client brands and target audiences.
  • Craft and send compelling outreach emails and direct messages to potential influencers and talent agents, maintaining detailed outreach logs.
  • Engage with influencers and talent agents to secure partnerships that align with campaign goals.
  • Act as the campaign manager between the client, the influencers, and internal teams ensuring influencers are booked, contracted, paid and all content goes live in a timely manner.
  • Handling day to day client communications, leading kick off calls and weekly calls, presenting end of campaign results.
  • Report on activations weekly, build comprehensive end-of-campaign reports, and develop case studies to showcase performance and key learnings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience running influencer activations for brands and agencies in the marketing space.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Graduate with a BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Deep interest in influencer marketing, social media, and youth culture, with a strong understanding of digital trends.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Knowledge of key social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and more with an eagerness to stay ahead of emerging trends.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot and find solutions.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, German, French) is a plus.
