About the role

  • Director of Sales Operations at K&N Engineering optimizing sales performance and driving revenue growth through strategic leadership. Managing tools, systems, and teams to enhance sales operations efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, territory planning, and resource allocation.
  • Support quarterly sales planning, including goal setting, compensation modeling & planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Sales & Business Development to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements through analysis of sales data and performance metrics.
  • Own the end-to-end Go-To-Market & sales process framework, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to monitor performance across regions, teams, and products.
  • Lead the forecasting process to deliver accurate and actionable revenue projections.
  • Provide insights into sales performance trends, pipeline health, to inform leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and implement tools, systems, and automation to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales operations team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or related functions.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role within a B2B organization.
  • Proven track record of driving Go-To-Market execution, sales performance and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing end-to-end go-to-market, promotions & pricing planning and activity.
