About the role

  • Capture Manager leading KBR's business development efforts for federal contracts. Driving capture strategies and managing the complete business development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Capture ownership of assigned opportunities for KBR’s growth
  • Management of full BD life-cycle process across multiple pursuits
  • Develop and implement winning capture strategies
  • Lead capture activities and team to achieve proposal submission
  • Conduct competitive assessments and supporting proposal reviews
  • Brief capture status to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of experience including 8+ years of industry experience
  • 4+ years of experience in business development
  • Proven history of winning large prime, single award contracts
  • Knowledge of capture management best practices
  • Ability to drive profitable financial outcomes
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in services-centric organizations
