About the role

  • Event Manager coordinating various external and internal events for Dr. Klein Wowi Finanz AG. Engaging with stakeholders and managing logistics for successful events across Germany.

Responsibilities

  • You organize and support, in coordination with various teams, external customer events nationwide (in-person and online) and our internal employee events.
  • You organize and moderate our online seminars.
  • You interact with housing industry associations and manage our exhibition booth at nationwide association events.
  • In collaboration with colleagues, you coordinate our trade-fair participation at Germany's largest real estate trade fair, Expo Real, and are on-site in Munich.
  • You work independently as part of a dynamic events team and collaborate with colleagues in the Marketing department and our sales staff.
  • Together, you refine and enhance how we are perceived by our target customer groups.

Requirements

  • You have already gained initial relevant professional experience in a comparable position and consider your strengths to be communication and the end-to-end organization of events.
  • An independent working style and confidence in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and their individual requirements are natural to you.
  • With your empathetic, communicative, and persuasive personality, you can engage and inspire people.
  • You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Your German language skills are at least C1 level (proficient) in both spoken and written form.
  • You are willing to travel nationwide for our approximately 10 to 12 events per year.
