About the role

• Consultant for corporate financing solutions at REM CAPITAL, delivering comprehensive funding solutions for business clients. Collaborating in a team of experts to ensure effective financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Developing and structuring financing concepts
• Supporting the identification of suitable funding programs and preparing complex subsidized loan applications
• Contributing to strategic company analyses
• Reviewing and analyzing annual financial statements and other business documents
• Preparing business cases that contain all decision‑relevant information on the company, market and financing project for banks and funding institutions
• Preparing for and participating in client meetings and negotiations with funding agencies and financing partners through to implementation/disbursement.

Requirements

• You have vocational banking training, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in a financial institution’s corporate client business—whether in client advisory, the credit department/operations, or credit analysis—and want to apply this experience specifically in corporate financing
• You are interested in Corporate / Structured Finance and want to deepen your expertise—particularly in dealing with complex financing and subsidy models
• You have a good understanding of economic interrelationships and can quickly get to grips with new topics and sectors
• Your analytical skills enable you to structure complex matters clearly and present them convincingly—both in presentations and in client discussions
• You are communicative, committed and enjoy working in a team—while also tackling tasks independently and in a solution‑oriented manner
• Confident user of MS Office (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) completes your profile
