About the role

  • Verwaltungsfachkraft providing administration and customer support in EVIM's SAPV-Team. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for professional care and services.

Responsibilities

  • Shared responsibility for proper client administration, bookkeeping and personnel administration
  • Point of contact for prospective clients, clients, relatives/caregivers, visitors and staff
  • Support clients and their contacts with all administrative and billing-related questions

Requirements

  • Completed job-related vocational training (minimum 2 years) in administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and to take responsibility
  • Motivation for personal and professional development
  • Identification with Christian values
