About the role

• SAP RE-FX Manager responsible for the maintenance and development of SAP modules in Hamburg. Collaborating on S/4HANA projects and optimizing real estate and finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and further development of the SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management) and FI modules in day-to-day operations
• Participate in rollouts and in the further development of our S/4HANA system landscape
• Advisory involvement in migration projects, particularly in the context of S/4HANA transformations
• Analyze and create functional designs for new requirements in close cooperation with internal business units and external customers
• Optimize existing processes in the real estate and finance environment
• Create and maintain technical documentation and define specifications for customizing and developments
• Participate in cross-departmental projects for digitalization and process improvement
• Support in incident, problem and especially change management

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in SAP RE-FX support, including solid customizing knowledge
• Ideally, functional and process knowledge of the real estate industry
• Strong enthusiasm, team orientation and reliability
• Willingness to take on responsibility and contribute proactively
• Structured, analytical way of thinking and high motivation to learn new topics
• Independent working style and a strong willingness to learn
