About the role

• Principal SAP Development project leader overseeing SAP implementations and technical consulting across international teams. Involvement in project planning, execution, and innovative solution development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects as (lead or deputy) project manager or consultant in process and/or implementation projects with a focus on SAP development.
• Take responsibility for and manage entire projects — from planning and conception through testing and Go-Live.
• Lead national or international projects and subprojects, including coordination of technical teams.
• Provide technical consulting in close collaboration with colleagues, clients and service providers in an international environment.
• Identify and drive business development for new, innovative topics to advance the department.
• Support the sales team with pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Experience as a project manager across all project phases.
• Solid methodological knowledge of both traditional (waterfall) and agile project approaches.
• Strong communication and assertiveness, and effective facilitation of decision-making processes.
• Know-how and experience in SAP development (ABAP/4, ABAP OO, interface programming, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP Gateway, Core Data Services or SAP Cloud Platform).
• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken).
