About the role

• SAP FI Manager supporting finance solutions in S/4HANA with internal teams and external clients. Driving transformation projects and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop the SAP FI module, particularly within an S/4HANA system environment
• Advise internal business units and external clients from fund and real estate management
• Contribute to the transformation to S/4HANA Finance (e.g., Business Partner, Universal Journal, new General Ledger)
• Design and implement requirements in collaboration with adjacent modules such as CO, RE-FX and PS
• Participate in migration and integration projects, e.g., client transfers or system harmonizations
• Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closings, including analysis, reconciliations and system optimization
• Support the implementation of statutory requirements (e.g., tax regulations, e-invoicing, ESG-related processes)
• Contribute to the automation and digitization of finance-related processes through Fiori apps, workflows or interface optimization
• Provide support in incident, problem and change management as well as in system testing and end-user training

Requirements

• Degree in economics, business informatics/computer science or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in supporting SAP FI, including solid customizing skills
• Ideally, process knowledge in finance and accounting, e.g., in the real estate or fund management sectors
• Strong enthusiasm, team orientation and reliability
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to project and implementation topics
• Structured, analytical thinking and strong motivation to familiarize yourself with new areas such as S/4HANA Finance
• Independent working style and a pronounced willingness to learn
