About the role

  • VP Business Development for Kantar's Insights division leading client opportunities and delivering CX solutions. Responsible for proposals, strategic improvement analysis, and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver winning proposals and pitches
  • Act as a trusted adviser to clients for CX solutions
  • Pursue self-generated and inbound leads effectively
  • Manage own pipeline on client opportunities
  • Support larger opportunities and coach account teams
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate across Kantar

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of modern Customer Experience programs
  • Experience selling CX-focused solutions to various clients
  • Ability to deliver winning proposals independently
  • Strong technical knowledge of CX offer and tools
  • Excellent client presentation and storytelling skills
  • Proven success working with partners such as Qualtrics and Medallia
