Responsibilities
- Design enterprise integration architectures across Workday Connectors, EIB/DT, RaaS, BIRT, Workday Studio, Orchestrate for Integrations
- Establish technical standards, patterns, and governance frameworks for consistent delivery across client portfolios
- Create reusable integration patterns that reduce delivery timelines by 25-40%
- Drive performance, security, and scalability standards for all integration solutions
- Mentor delivery teams on integration best practices and emerging technology adoption
- Establish a Center of Excellence with documented best practices and training programs
Requirements
- 8+ years in Workday enterprise integration with 3+ years in solution architecture roles
- Deep expertise in Workday integrations: Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Prism Analytics, BIRT reporting
- Proficiency with integration services, APIs, and cloud architecture patterns
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and other internal IT systems are a plus
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration patterns and automation orchestration tools
