Responsibilities
Targeted and independent project management during the proposal and sales phase from initial contact to contract award - in our segments: green hydrogen, large heat pumps or power-to-heat systems
Responsibility for the technical development and cost calculation of proposals in collaboration with a team from the relevant specialist departments and experts
Technical and commercial contract negotiations with customers in cooperation with the operational teams
Establishing and maintaining customer and manufacturer/supplier relationships
Maintaining and analyzing proposal and customer data in the CRM tool (Salesforce)
Contributing to business development and liaising with local and international sales colleagues
Requirements
Successful completion of a technical degree or a degree in business administration with a technical focus
Professional experience in sales and acquisition of projects in the energy sector
Confident negotiation skills and strong presentation ability
Initiative, team orientation and professional expertise
Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken, are desirable
Willingness to travel and to undertake further training
