Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the planning, control and successful delivery of international large-scale projects of strategic importance (project volume > €50 million)
Leadership and development of international, internal and external multidisciplinary project teams — also in complex stakeholder environments
Manage the project from the proposal phase through to handover to the client, including proposal preparation and contract negotiations with clients and suppliers
Ensure schedule, budget and quality targets at the highest level, with a strong focus on operational excellence
Active risk management and confident resolution of technical, commercial and organizational challenges
Manage communication with clients, authorities, partners and suppliers — nationally and internationally
Requirements
University degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Technology or a comparable qualification
Minimum 10 years’ experience leading large-scale projects > €50 million, ideally in industrial, data center, pharmaceutical, gigafab or energy sectors
Exceptional leadership skills combined with strategic vision and operational excellence
Deep knowledge of project management, contract management, project controlling, coordination of multiple trades, installation and commissioning of plant/equipment
Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and confident presence at C-level
High resilience, decisiveness and strong drive to achieve results
Fluent German and English; French skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel for active on-site project management, including international assignments
