Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or recruiting experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (viDesktop preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak recruiting seasons.
