About the role

  • Supports attorney recruiting initiatives with a focus on lateral associate hiring and integration.
  • Assists with scheduling, interview coordination, onboarding logistics, and candidate communications.
  • Collaborates with recruiting professionals, attorneys, and business staff.
  • Provides administrative support for pipeline programs and firmwide recruiting projects.
  • Tracks and maintains candidate information, interview schedules, feedback, and reports in the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinates logistics for virtual and in-person interviews.
  • Assists in onboarding and integration of new associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or recruiting experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (viDesktop preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak recruiting seasons.
