Responsibilities
Supports attorney recruiting initiatives with a focus on lateral associate hiring and integration.

Provides administrative support for pipeline programs and firmwide recruiting projects.
Tracks and maintains candidate information, interview schedules, feedback, and reports in the applicant tracking system.

Assists in onboarding and integration of new associates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of administrative or recruiting experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (viDesktop preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak recruiting seasons.
