About the role

  • IT Support Manager ensuring smooth IT operations for Justaddsugar. Assisting with technical requests, managing tools, and supporting users during onboarding and offboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for all technical questions, such as login issues, Apple IDs, Google Workspace and Slack
  • Support during onboarding and offboarding, including creating and deleting user accounts
  • Management of the tool stack (Asana, Moco, Dashlane, etc.)
  • Basic device management (MacBooks, iPhones, possibly MDM)
  • First-level support for issues like “Slack not working” or “Google Drive acting up”
  • Coordination with external IT service providers for complex problems
  • Documentation of IT processes and workflows and creation of user guides

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of macOS and Google Workspace, plus basic Slack administration
  • Ability to work in a structured way and the patience to handle a variety of requests
  • Strong IT aptitude
  • Ability to explain IT topics clearly to non-technical users
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and how to protect data and systems
