About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative for Junior Library Guild providing curated book collections to libraries. Engaging with librarians through calls and emails to fulfill their collection needs.

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ daily touchpoints (outbound calls + emails) with librarians and decision-makers and hit targeted talk-time goals.
  • Build relationships while understanding each library’s collection needs.
  • Recommend subscription solutions that drive new business and renewals.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs across touchpoints, talk time, and sales metrics.
  • Use dashboards and scorecards to track performance and stay accountable.
  • Partner with teammates, share insights, and celebrate wins together.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of outbound inside sales experience
  • Proven ability to manage both new business and renewals
  • Strong communication skills and quick rapport-building
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRMs
  • A goal-oriented, disciplined, coachable approach
