Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reusable demo assets and templates for relevant use cases
Prepare and deliver tailored demos for Pro and Enterprise customers
Manage all demo platforms to ensure a stable, always-ready, and impactful demo experience
Support and participate in tender processes (RfP/RfI)
Requirements
Experience in a customer-facing role bridging sales, consulting, and Customer Success — ideally in a SaaS or LegalTech environment
Strong technical affinity and an understanding of legal processes
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
Fluency in German and English
