Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of units at clients’ sites
Training of operators and supporting them with applications, setup, and automation/computer control on site
Preventative maintenance, calibration, and service
Advising customers on technical issues and fault diagnosis
Modification and upgrades of JULABO equipment
Compiling method statements and risk assessments
Ensuring demo units are in working order
Assisting with loading and unloading
Following up leads from sales teams regarding support service and repairs
Identifying potential leads at site and briefing the appropriate sales team member
Requirements
Qualification and experience in maintenance, support, and installation of sophisticated electro-mechanical systems
Background in temperature control, heat transfer, and refrigeration
Ability to learn
Great communication skills
Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial communication protocols (e.g. Modbus, Ethernet/IP)
Office IT systems, including Word, email, etc.
Willingness to travel/overnight stays
