About the role

  • Head of Growth at Prisjakt focusing on long-term growth strategies and business case development. Collaborating closely with executive leadership to drive significant financial impact.

Responsibilities

  • Driving Prisjakt’s long-term growth strategy, ensuring it’s tightly aligned with our business plan, financial targets and long-term ambition and grounded in real market and competitive analysis.
  • Identifying and evaluating new markets, partnerships, revenue streams and acquisitions.
  • Independently building comprehensive business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Owning M&A and strategic initiatives end-to-end.
  • Presenting clear strategic context, financial impact and risk scenarios to the executive team and Board.
  • Shaping and owning our pricing strategy and commercial frameworks in close collaboration with Product, Sales and CFO.
  • Initiating and leading cross-functional growth projects with clear KPIs.

Requirements

  • solid experience in business development, growth, strategy or M&A
  • used to owning strategic initiatives with real financial impact
  • successfully led 3–5 M&A processes end-to-end from initial screening and valuation to signing and post-deal integration
  • analytically strong and genuinely at home in financial models
  • know how to build decision material that stands up to scrutiny
  • can present complex commercial matters clearly and persuasively to executives and boards
  • thrive in an independent role with significant responsibility, close to the CEO
  • fluent in business English; Swedish is a plus
  • hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics or another relevant field.
