About the role

  • Head of Growth at Liven driving user engagement and monetization strategies for a mental wellness app. Overseeing the journey from curiosity to committed subscriber through innovative funnels.

Responsibilities

  • The funnel. End-to-end ownership of landing pages, quizzes, and checkout flows, from first click to first payment.
  • Monetization. Pricing strategy, offer logic, and pre-purchase LTV optimization. You think in cohorts. LTV to CAC is your primary language.
  • Storytelling. Translating the complex science of self regulation into high-converting consumer narratives without oversimplifying or leaning into toxic motivation.
  • Marketing automations. Rapid testing of hypotheses and personalized experiences that adapt to who the user is.
  • Systems. Building the infrastructure for high-velocity experimentation and global localization. We test faster than we debate.

Requirements

  • You've led growth at scale in a consumer product, ideally subscription-based.
  • You understand why people buy, and how to communicate value before they ever see the app.
  • You've built and managed cross-functional teams.
  • You can hold the big picture and the small details at the same time.
  • You've worked in high-volume environments where decisions compound fast.
