Responsibilities
Identify and craft stories that showcase Johnsonville’s culture and business priorities.
Write engaging articles, blog posts, and scripts for internal videos.
Create light video content and assist with multimedia design projects.
Support creation of visually compelling presentations and graphics.
Collaborate with internal business partners to develop and execute communications plans.
Explore new tools and technologies—including AI—to improve efficiency and creativity.
Develop creative content strategies aligned to enterprise priorities.
Produce multimedia content that engages and inspires Members.
Lead creative projects and campaigns to elevate internal communications.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful messaging.
Develop and execute communications plans that support change-management strategies for organizational initiatives.
Monitor communications execution and effectiveness, seeking feedback and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field required.
Minimum five years’ experience in a communications, journalism, public relations or similar role, required.
Experience writing for a variety of digital platforms, required.
A storyteller with exceptional writing and editing skills who can make messages resonate.
A presentation pro who turns PowerPoint into a visual experience.
Comfortable with video and multimedia—or excited to dive in and learn.
