About the role

  • Werkstudent supporting Spare Parts Management with SharePoint and communication in a company focused on renewable energy. Practical insights into operations and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Support in building, structuring and designing SharePoint sites for Spare Parts Management
  • Migration of existing content and optimization of document management
  • Conceptual contribution to the further development of knowledge management
  • Improvement of team communication with a focus on Microsoft 365 and specifically SharePoint
  • Support for integrating Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, PowerApps or Power BI
  • Creation of training materials for processes and work instructions

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, (Business) Computer Science or a comparable degree program
  • Initial practical experience in developing or administering SharePoint or similar platforms
  • Confident knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Teams and Power Automate
  • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
  • Service-oriented, independent and reliable working style
  • Willingness to work regularly from the office in Hamburg
