About the role

• Program Manager driving geographic expansion strategies within MedTech surgery. Leading project execution while maintaining collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of new indications and expansion of technologies into new geographies.
• Develop end-to-end schedules and break them down into actionable quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Work within a hybrid Agile project management framework.
• Drive risk management and mitigation, including contingency planning and tradeoff assessments.
• Build strong relationships with peers, cross-functional and global partners.
• Communicate difficult decisions and strategies while maintaining a collaborative culture.

Requirements

• BS is required.
• A degree in engineering or related technical discipline is highly preferred.
• Prior program management experience of 6+ years is required, 8+ is preferred.
• In addition to US FDA, experience with BSI, PMDA, TUV, and other global regulatory bodies preferred.
• Prior experience in a regulated environment is required, and medical device experience is preferred.
• Previous experience working in an engineering capacity or with an engineering project team is required.
• Experience with managing schedules with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet is required.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Jira capabilities is preferred.
• Successful candidate must have proven track record of taking initiative with demonstrated ability to manage a complex program in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to align diverse stakeholders, lead teams, and influence decision making without direct reporting authority.
