About the role
- Global Digital Analytics & AI Solutions Specialist for Bostik managing worldwide web analytics and developing AI solutions. Collaborating with teams to enhance user engagement and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Management of tracking and analytics for Bostik’s websites worldwide (30 countries, > 80 sites).
- Creation and maintenance of dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Develop, structure, and optimize prompts for generative AI tools.
- Create, refine, and adapt AI agents to support key team activities.
- Train internal teams on the use of chatbots and agents based on generative AI.
Requirements
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Piwik Pro) and tag management (Google Tag Manager).
- Proficiency with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Understanding of generative AI tools and use cases (chatbots, agents, automation, prompt engineering).
- Comfortable with formalization: documentation, guidelines, training materials, and presentations.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a multitasking environment.
- Proactive and able to make recommendations.
- Fluent English required (international team).
