About the role
- Sales Setter / Closer selling AI-driven growth system for SMEs in DACH region. Focus on phone sales and high performance to close deals effectively.
Responsibilities
- Initiate telephone contact with decision-makers at SMEs, handling both inbound leads and outbound outreach lists
- Qualify prospects and conduct structured sales calls
- Identify buying intent and independently close deals in the first call whenever possible
- Schedule and prepare follow-up meetings when an immediate close is not appropriate
- Consistently follow up, maintain, and prioritize your pipeline in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to relay market feedback and improve processes
- Continuously optimize your sales conversations and closing rate using clear KPIs
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in telephone sales, telesales, direct sales, or B2B sales
- Enjoy high activity levels: you’re willing to make many calls daily to achieve your targets
- Proven track record in closing deals or booking appointments with decision-makers
- Excellent spoken Swiss German, or at least 5 years' residence in Switzerland with a similarly confident command of the language
- High self-motivation, resilience, and willingness to work in a performance-driven environment
- Confident with CRM systems or willing to learn quickly
- Structured working style, reliability, and a clear focus on results rather than time spent
- Optional but advantageous: experience with SaaS, agency services, or tech-enabled B2B solutions
- Proof that you have previously earned above-average, performance-based income

- Up to 10% for appointment bookings
- Bonus: CHF 1,000 for every 10 additional deals starting from 20 deals
