Responsibilities

  • Champion and drive TfL’s inclusive‑design mission
  • Guide teams through complex design decisions
  • Apply standards and frameworks for inclusive outcomes
  • Conduct assessments of services and environments
  • Review and strengthen standards, governance, and organizational processes

Requirements

  • Capability in delivering inclusive design
  • Strong working knowledge of the Equality Act 2010
  • National Register of Access Consultant (NRAC) accreditation or equivalent
  • Holistic understanding of inclusion and intersectionality
  • Strong systems-thinking ability
  • Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary environments
