Responsibilities
Central point of contact for a wide range of matters and challenges related to the management of our residential properties
Monitoring and maintenance of our property portfolio and promoting harmonious coexistence among our tenants
Organizing and conducting tenant support, consultations and personal meetings to ensure high customer satisfaction
Responsible for apartment handovers and move-outs, including careful documentation and communication with the tenants
Performing caretaking and maintenance duties to ensure smooth daily operations and to guarantee the safety of our property portfolio
Requirements
Completed commercial training as a Real Estate Clerk (m/f/d) or a trade/apprenticeship qualification – alternatively a comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of building technology
Practical experience in manual/trades tasks
Confident user of MS Office and, ideally, SAP and other IT skills
Strong communication skills combined with the ability to handle conflict situations professionally
Pronounced solution orientation, team spirit and a high level of customer and service orientation when dealing with new daily challenges
