Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and future direction for Transport’s digital records systems
  • Set long-term roadmaps and drive modernisation across EDRMS environment
  • Oversee RFP and business case process for securing solutions
  • Manage performance, compliance and resilience of digital records systems
  • Guide improvements, integrations and upgrades
  • Explore opportunities with new and emerging technologies, including AI and Microsoft Purview
  • Lead a small team to deliver reliable, user-focused records services

Requirements

  • Deep experience in digital records systems
  • Experience in enterprise information management and technology-supported governance
  • Ability to navigate complex organisations and records systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Tech savvy and capable of translating technical concepts into practical solutions
  • Leadership skills for coaching, mentoring, and team development
  • Curiosity for emerging technologies in records management
