About the role

  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing branch operations and leading customer services at ANZ. Ensure compliance and enhance customer experience while providing leadership in the manager's absence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing branch operations
  • Provide leadership of the branch customer services platform
  • Be responsible for meeting customer needs and enhancing customer experience
  • Ensure the service platform is compliant with ANZ’s policies and procedures
  • Provide full leadership and be responsible for all branch activities in the Branch Manager's absence

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer focus
  • Research, analytical, credit and risk assessment skills gained through banking experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance and branch operations
  • Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer focused role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • A positive attitude with a growth mindset
