- Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications and models.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, managing conflicting priorities and driving alignment across the organisation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience applying Business Architecture frameworks such as BIZBOK.
- Familiarity with the TOGAF ADM, or other Enterprise Architecture Frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks including BABOK, OOAD/UML, BPM, and related methodologies.
- Proficient in process and decision modelling using BPMN and DMN.
- Proven ability to interpret complex business requirements and produce clear technical documentation.
- Demonstrated experience supporting business transformation and large‑scale change initiatives.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑changing environments while balancing project and operational demands.
