- Familiarity with the defense industry, aerospace or avionics
- Knowledge of modeling (Poisson distribution, PNRS)
- Basic understanding of functional and fault/dysfunction analysis
- Autonomous with an appreciation for working in multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to synthesize information and to present and defend arguments
