About the role
- Director managing a team of Customer Value Architects at CrowdStrike. Driving customer onboarding, Falcon Flex adoption, and ensuring maximum value realization while minimizing churn.
Responsibilities
- Leads a team of direct report Customer Value Architect staff in account onboarding execution and defining of the customer success plans.
- Partners with direct sales leaders to ensure the CVA team drives the expansion of sales within existing and/or new accounts.
- Ensures the CVA team conducts business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and develops Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs).
- Drives team to proactively identify and remediate risks to customer success and value realization.
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience
- Expert-level industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
- Expert-level in collaboration and prioritization to direct and influence operations.
- Adept at C-level audience presentations, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in developing competitive business propositions for company's product portfolio.
