About the role

  • Head of Sales responsible for business development in MedTech sector. Leading commercial strategy and managing client relationships across France and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue in France and internationally across defined markets and territories
  • Manage and expand a customer portfolio and a network of specialized distributors
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations
  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy and associated action plans
  • Coordinate activities with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Production)
  • Manage the inside sales team
  • Oversee sales tools and reporting, and contribute to the rollout of the commercial module of the new ERP

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in international business development in the medical devices sector
  • Field-oriented, pragmatic, and results-driven
  • Fluent English required; a third language is a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills, rigor, and ability to synthesize information
