About the role

  • Corporate Officer responsible for client relationships and compliance in corporate administration. Requires 2+ years of experience in Malta with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, build and maintain a strong relationship with a portfolio of clients
  • Perform general corporate administration duties and assist with compliance issues, including the collection of CDD as part of the KYC procedures
  • Prepare corporate documents for review and coordinate their signing and filing
  • Prepare and submit documentation for company registrations and structural changes, such as share transfers and director updates
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines for filing annual returns, BO confirmations, and other statutory forms
  • Assist with client bank account openings, liaise with banks, and attend meetings to offer administrative support
  • Communicating with other departments within the company and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Collaborate with MFSA, MBR and other authorities

Requirements

  • Formal tertiary level of education in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate administration role in Malta - non-negotiable
  • Excellent English communication skills at a C2/native level both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Multitasker with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Acts with integrity and professionalism while handling sensitive information
