About the role

  • Customer Success Manager enhancing user experience on Life Inside video platform. Engaging with customers and executing marketing initiatives to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Take a central role in our company and jump in where needed
  • Ensure our customers have an amazing experience
  • Contribute to and execute marketing initiatives
  • Handle new customer meetings and drive the dialogue from start to finish
  • Test new product features and gather customer insights

Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a Customer Success role
  • Academic education in a relevant field
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot
  • Experience from a startup or fast-growing company is a plus
  • You communicate fluently in English, spoken and written
