Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of customers across Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months experience as a Customer Success Manager in a software business. If you have come E-commerce or SaaS another digital industry that would be ideal
  • Demonstrated success in managing a full cycle onboarding to renewals process
  • Demonstrated success providing insights to a customer to increase optimisation and usage of a product
  • Collaborative in approach but capable of driving your own results and output
  • Someone who can handle the changing dynamics of a start-up environment
