Responsibilities
- Plan and execute newsletter and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Build and further develop segmentation, automated email programs and personalized customer journeys.
- Analyze relevant KPIs and run A/B tests to continuously optimize content, timing and touchpoints.
- Take responsibility for content tone and visual consistency while adhering to our brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Communications team, especially copywriting, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Own lead generation and the growth of our mailing list.
- Integrate offline measures (package inserts, mailings, OOH, etc.) into our CRM strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, growth, or lifecycle marketing in e‑commerce or startup environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Chat Armin) and implementing marketing automation campaigns.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset for evaluating KPIs and running A/B tests.
- Strong sense for copy, visual language and storytelling, with experience creating attention-grabbing CRM content.
- Structured, independent way of working and willingness to take ownership.
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
