Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for channels
  • Conduct user research to identify opportunities for improvements
  • Manage day-to-day operations of intranet and corporate website

  • Establish governance processes for the intranet
  • Define and track objectives to measure effectiveness

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a digital product management or platform management role
  • Proven track record of developing successful digital channel strategies
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (ideally LumApps and Sitecore)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and digital signage solutions
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and accessibility standards
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and analyze data
