About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own brand and messaging frameworks at the modality level.
  • Ensure consistency across all communications channels and materials.
  • Develop and maintain core content assets.
  • Lead localization and translation efforts.
  • Develop and implement a strategic content plan.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns for New Product Introductions.
  • Continuously optimize content based on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with modality leaders and country teams.
  • Manage third-party conferences and customer engagement events.
  • Develop and manage content calendars across digital platforms.
  • Track campaign performance using KPIs.
  • Generate post-campaign reports with insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Life Sciences.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or campaign management.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and across diverse cultures.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS, Adobe Workfront, Salesforce.com).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills (Korean, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese) are a plus.
