About the role
- Technical Project Director leading specialised projects in Data Centres and Industrial sectors in the Philippines. Responsible for securing new work, managing project teams, and reporting on project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Take a lead role in securing new and retaining local and regional work
- Deliver projects in Data Centres, Industrial, Technical Due Diligence, Testing & Commissioning and Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades
- Develop new and strategic business opportunities through a strong local network
- Lead the project team to assemble and effectively lead consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Represent the client’s best interests from inception to completion of the project
- Ensure accurate and timely project reporting
- Manage project revenue and payment cycles to avoid bad debt
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management related discipline
- Fifteen (15) years’ experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management
