Responsibilities
Manage the direct sales strategy and monitor results using commercial data and indicators (KPIs);
Participate in the prospecting of consultants and leaders, conducting creative outreach to present the business and opportunities. Be active in the field by performing door-to-door activities and promoting offers and benefits;
Recruit, encourage and qualify the team of Entrepreneurial Leaders and Jequiti consultants;
Achieve sales targets; map markets to identify and execute actions that will increase sales and orders;
Perform billing activities, close episodes and orders, and prepare management reports;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed;
Experience in direct sales;
Experience in commercial management within the direct sales segment;
Ability to communicate and influence clearly;
Valid driver's license (Category B);
Flexible schedule and availability to travel within the operating region;
Preferred: knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Knowledge of the cosmetics industry;
Experience managing people (external/field teams);
