About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the direct sales strategy and monitor results using commercial data and indicators (KPIs);
  • Participate in the prospecting of consultants and leaders, conducting creative outreach to present the business and opportunities. Be active in the field by performing door-to-door activities and promoting offers and benefits;
  • Recruit, encourage and qualify the team of Entrepreneurial Leaders and Jequiti consultants;
  • Achieve sales targets; map markets to identify and execute actions that will increase sales and orders;
  • Perform billing activities, close episodes and orders, and prepare management reports;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Experience in direct sales;
  • Experience in commercial management within the direct sales segment;
  • Ability to communicate and influence clearly;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B);
  • Flexible schedule and availability to travel within the operating region;
  • Preferred: knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry;
  • Experience managing people (external/field teams);
