Responsibilities
Manage the direct sales strategy and oversee results using commercial information (indicators/KPIs);
Participate in recruiting consultants and leaders, carrying out creative searches to present the business and opportunities. Be present in the field, conducting door-to-door activities, promoting offers and benefits;
Recruit, encourage and qualify the team of Entrepreneurial Leaders and Jequiti Consultants;
Meet sales targets, map markets to identify and execute actions that will increase sales and orders;
Perform billing activities, close the sales episode and orders, and prepare management reports;
Requirements
University degree (completed);
Experience in direct sales;
Experience in commercial management and in the direct sales segment;
Ability to interact and influence clearly;
Driver's license - Category B;
Availability for flexible hours and for travel within the area of operation;
**Desired:**
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Knowledge of the cosmetics industry;
Experience in people management (external/field team);
