About the role

  • Gerente de Vendas para desenvolver Líderes Empreendedoras e ampliar o desempenho de vendas na Jequiti. A posição envolve a gestão comerciais no campo e o relacionamento com consultores na região.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the direct sales strategy and oversee results using commercial information (indicators/KPIs);
  • Participate in recruiting consultants and leaders, carrying out creative searches to present the business and opportunities. Be present in the field, conducting door-to-door activities, promoting offers and benefits;
  • Recruit, encourage and qualify the team of Entrepreneurial Leaders and Jequiti Consultants;
  • Meet sales targets, map markets to identify and execute actions that will increase sales and orders;
  • Perform billing activities, close the sales episode and orders, and prepare management reports;

Requirements

  • University degree (completed);
  • Experience in direct sales;
  • Experience in commercial management and in the direct sales segment;
  • Ability to interact and influence clearly;
  • Driver's license - Category B;
  • Availability for flexible hours and for travel within the area of operation;
  • **Desired:**
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry;
  • Experience in people management (external/field team);
