Responsibilities
You will independently manage and develop your sales territory and build long-term customer relationships.
You will acquire new customers and actively support and develop existing partnerships.
You will independently develop projects — from the initial concept through the technical planning department to construction execution.
You will accompany projects from the early project phases and, together with the team, ensure continuous cost control and economically viable implementation.
You will optimize planning processes, develop practical standards, and identify targeted cost-saving potentials.
You will advise architects, structural engineers, investors, and commercial and industrial clients on commercial and technical matters.
You will bring experience in the planning, tendering, and awarding of timber and turnkey construction projects and will, prospectively, also participate in project-specific cost estimation.
After successful project development, you will hand over the project, once ready for construction, in a structured manner to our project management team for execution.
Requirements
Completed further training or a degree in construction — e.g., construction technician, Bachelor's/Master's in timber engineering or civil engineering, or similar.
Ideally, you already have experience in sales and in turnkey/timber construction.
You present yourself confidently and persuasively — whether in discussions with clients, architects, or planners.
You conduct negotiations with tact and clarity, with the goal of winning and retaining customers for the long term.
You are familiar with the relevant standards and generally accepted engineering practices.
