About the role

  • Account Manager II responsible for managing client relationships and expectations in healthcare staffing. Guiding clients and consulting on methodologies while ensuring account success.

Responsibilities

  • Helps to set expectations with clients regarding accounts and outcomes.
  • Guides and consults clients on standard methodologies.
  • Communicates efficiently with the Recruiting Team through weekly huddles for updates on candidate status.
  • Leads the final qualification of candidates provided by recruiters and may include interviewing candidates.
  • Commits to communicating any candidate status changes to recruiters within 24-hrs.
  • Reports weekly activity to clients.
  • Owns responsibility for account success

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience in sales or account management
