Responsibilities
Helps to set expectations with clients regarding accounts and outcomes.
Guides and consults clients on standard methodologies.
Communicates efficiently with the Recruiting Team through weekly huddles for updates on candidate status.
Leads the final qualification of candidates provided by recruiters and may include interviewing candidates.
Commits to communicating any candidate status changes to recruiters within 24-hrs.
Reports weekly activity to clients.
Owns responsibility for account success
Requirements
Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
