About the role

  • Senior Service Sales Engineer focusing on service and aftermarket sales in HVAC. Responsible for customer relationship management, quotations, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting in various sales activities and customer relationship management for service and aftermarket business
  • Prepare quotation or proposals and follow up on service sales enquiries
  • Lead negotiation at optimum profit levels
  • Achieve order booking in a timely manner meeting consistently sales metrics and annual targets
  • Manage existing customers and develop new customers
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and solutions to package and present the most suitable options to clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (Mechanical Engineering is preferable) or MBA
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Selling service contracts and Service sales preferably in HVAC industry
  • Market expertise - Madinah and Tabuk
  • Proficiency in English & Arabic
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
