About the role

  • Sales Process Leader driving customer-centric sales processes in utility and energy sectors. Overseeing continuous improvement and cross-functional project management for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of customer‑centric sales processes that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
  • Apply Lean tools—including Value Stream Mapping (VSM)—to identify waste, streamline workflows, and drive innovative process improvements that strengthen operational agility
  • Manage and execute multiple cross‑functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment, on‑time execution, risk mitigation, and high‑quality outcomes
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Order Management, and additional business groups to ensure transparent communication and consistent end‑to‑end process execution
  • Deliver process training, enablement, and coaching to strengthen sales capability and foster an accountable and collaborative team culture
  • Measure and report on process performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions that support continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that accelerate sales efficiency, enhance customer value, and support organizational growth
  • Select, develop, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure effective operations and support a high‑performing, authentic, and collaborative environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales support with a proven history of improving sales processes
  • Demonstrated experience with Lean methodologies, including hands-on use of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and continuous improvement practices
  • Proven ability to plan, lead, and execute complex cross-functional projects; skilled in project scoping, scheduling, change management, and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an accountable and customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
