About the role

  • GFEBS ERP Business Support Specialist providing support for U.S. Army Test & Evaluation Command financial operations. Ensuring effective execution of financial and funds management operations for approximately 600 users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct functional and end-user support to the U.S. Army Test & Evaluation Command (ATEC).
  • Ensure ATEC personnel can effectively execute financial, spending chain, reimbursable, and funds management operations within GFEBS.
  • Serve as a functional SME, trainer, problem-solver, and advisor, supporting roughly 600 users across multiple Army commands.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience within the last 10 years supporting all seven GFEBS core functions.
  • Hands-on experience with SC, reimbursables, and FM transactions.
  • Experience providing training through multiple mediums.
  • Experience producing job aids and process documentation.
  • Proficiency in SAP BI and IDOC troubleshooting.
  • Active SECRET Clearance.
  • Ability to complete mandatory DoD/Army training.
  • Ability to work onsite/remote and travel CONUS.
